FAQ

Where are the main essyas and where are the minor essays?

Minor and main essays may be reached through the links to the left of the screen. Main essays appear on the sect or denomination which it relates to. Main essays are essays which describe a faith in some way, shape or form. Minor essays are general pieces of literature like poems, short essays, stories and sermons. Main essays are reviewed by us; often one of our reviewers will submit essays on a faith trying to argue from two conflicting points of view. Our reviewer’s main job though is to rate all the submissions that we receive. We encourage everyone and anyone over the age of 18 to participate in this project.

Why do people refer to Jews as if it is a race?

The Jews originally descended from the tribe of Judah. Through the centuries they have intermarried with the people wherever they lived, but they still consider themselves descendants of Judah. A child is only a Jew if his mother was a Jew and she participated in a religious rite and has a certificate. The father's background doesn't count.  As long as the Jew does not convert, they don't have to practice Judaism to be considered Jewish.

Why are Catholics so in to segregated schools?

It is hard to answer this question on a Bliblical level. Many people ask such questions which stem from the instruction to:

"love your neighbours as yourself"

However, 'loving a neighbour' does not mean we should treat them better than our own - it simply means treating them with respect. The Bible does not encourage the mixing of different peoples of different religious groups. That can cause doubt and ussually disruptions within both religions it involves. The problem with segregated schools has come from the molestation charges against Catholic teachers and priests, who sadly used private properties and institutions for evil purposes in the past. This is wrong and as a result, segregated schools may become banned at some time in the near future.

How do I use this website?

It was designed to be used as a reference. Its partnership is with Bible Ministries, and our previous site was closed down after errors in their systems. We're hoping that these essays will allow anyone from anywhere to read about a group related to Christianity, so they can find out about them and the views of Christians about various subjects. We're looking to achieve with your help, at least 200 essays and to reach a international audience. Anyone hoping to write a essay are gladly appreciated and we always give full credit to the writer if they choose to publish their name. To submit a written essay, write it and send it by email to editor2009@live.co.uk..

Our group email address is fruitministries@groups.live.com. but access in only allowed once you have submitted a essay. We apologise for the change in email addresses. We realized group emails could only be carried out my group members. Special thanks, BGP.
